Green Villa Barn is a historical building built in 1928. Used as a dance hall during Prohibition, this ageless building gives a rustic charm that is felt as soon as you step inside.
Green Villa Barn is owned and operated by Joost and Charlotte VanderHave. They have transformed this lovely building into the magic it once was. With style, elegance and charm it is the perfect place for your special event.

Special price to rent BOTH the Barn and Green Villa Garden facilities.
Friday: $2,250 per event Saturday: $2,500 per event Sunday: $2,000 per event All Holidays: $2,500 per event
All day event time:
Barn 10 a.m. - midnight (14 hrs)
- Scheduled one-hour rehearsal included
- Scheduled one-hour coordination time
including alcohol/map/rentals- Setup of tables & chairs included

Green Villa can accommodate you with an on-site event co-ordinator. Ginger Lushenko has experience in event plan-ning, whether you need assistance in budget preparation, menu planning or an event coordinator for the day. It is your responsibility to notify your homeowner insurance policy carrier and list Green Villa Farms as additional insured for the date of your event. A one-day rider for bodily injury and property damage in the amount of $500,000 is necessary and we must receive this form along with your deposit.
